Welcome to my heymishe second-floor apartment! Walking distance to two Orthodox shuls - Chabad on Santa Monica Blvd (7636 Santa Monica Blvd. West Hollywood, CA 90046) and The Village Synagogue (7866 Fountain Ave, West Hollywood, CA 90046). Easy access to shopping and tourist sites. Please review the pictures and layout of apartment. There is a Queend bed and separate futon full size sofa sleeper in living room. Review from a previous guest: "Where can I start? The pictures make no justice to this space. It looks very nice on the photos and I was expecting a cute comfy studio. Well, it turned out to be a private 1 BR with even its own balcony (not shown in pictures!). The place is newly remodeled and it has a clean and spacious feel. The kitchen has everything you will ever need for a home away from home meal (and I cook almost every day). It also has cleaning tools in case you get messy. There is a desk area to work and the internet is very high speed never had an issue with it. There is a smart TV so you can login into your own streaming apps. While the TV is in the living, if two of you are watching, the sectional has an easy pull-out extension that turns it into a bed without much of a hassle. This will make the perfect Netflix and chill date night! The bed is soft and luscious. Rose takes much attention to detail so the sheets and pillows make you feel you are in a hotel. There is plenty of space for your clothes both in the closet and in the drawer cabinet. The bathroom is big and clean, Rose provides for high quality personal products such as soap/shampoo/conditioner. If you need anything before hand or during your stay just let her know and she will most like make it happen for you. I personally needed a work area and they added the desk just for me! The ACs work really well, specially the one in the bedroom. I was there during a heat wave in the summer and had no issues with temperature. I didnt even had it on for sleeping, but being from the tropics Im used to no AC. There is one assigned parking spot but there is typically plenty of street parking too for visitors. It is mostly a residential neighborhood so you will need to drive or take a ride to go to restaurants and other places of interest. The location is perfectly central in between Hollywood and West Hollywood, with quick access to Beverly Hills/Beverly Grove areas as well as the freeway and Studio City on the other side of the Hollywood Hills. Santa Monica and Venice are just a 30 min. drive away. The apartment is in a complex with 4 others, This apartment is above a garage and does not share walls with the others so it still feels very private and has good air flow with windows open. Ok Im gonna stop writing now because I want you to be able to read my review without getting bored. Just stop searching and book Roses place. You wont find many other places so perfectly located for the price. I guarantee you wont regret it."
