House Rules
The house is brand new, and any damage caused during the rental period will be the responsibility of the Guest. The Property will be filmed and documented by the Owner one day before check-in to record its condition. This footage will serve as evidence in the event of any disputes regarding damages. Guest agrees to return the Property in its orig ... The house is brand new, and any damage caused during the rental period will be the responsibility of the Guest. The Property will be filmed and documented by the Owner one day before check-in to record its condition. This footage will serve as evidence in the event of any disputes regarding damages. Guest agrees to return the Property in its original condition, as documented in the pre-rental filming. No smoking inside the house or within the property limits including in and around the pool area and porches. Only the immediate family members listed in this agreement are permitted to stay in the house. No other guests or friends are allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the Owner. No loud noise or music between 10pm-8am. Pets are not allowed. Guest is responsible for keeping the property clean and returning it in the same condition. Security cameras are installed to cover the outside of the property as well as the different entry points of the house for safety purposes. Guest agrees not to tamper with, disable, cover, or obstruct any of the cameras at any time during the stay. Any additional furniture, decorations, or modifications made to the Property for the comfort of the Guest must be removed before check-out, ensuring the house is restored to its original state. Guest is responsible for any damages. Owner reserves the right to deduct repair costs from the security deposit. If damages exceed the amount provided as security deposit, Guest agrees to pay the additional repair costs as incurred by Owner. Payment must be made within 3 days of Owner’s claim. Violation of the House Rules and Use of Property automatically voids the return of the security deposit. If any additional furniture, appliances, or modifications are not removed before check-out, Owner will arrange for removal, and the cost will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately if exceeding the deposit.
