modern airy, very spacious one floor home, completely handicapped accessible, with tall ceilings, beautiful lighting, there’s even a fireplace for a cool winter night, all new furniture, high end mattresses and linen, 3 smart TVs, up to date kitchen with brand new stove and oven and microwave, and kosher appliances like betty Crocker, smoothie maker, urn, shabbos plate and crockpots. Stunning enclosed outdoor porch with pool table and fooseball. Private pool and spa and seamless indoor outdoor living. And the beach is only a 15 minute drive. We really love this home, and we think you will too.
Boynton beach is a vibrant up and coming Jewish neighborhood, in south Florida, Palm beach county. There’s some nice meat restaurants nearby. A fabulous kosher market with everything from sushi, pizza, falafel, bakery, cafe, homemade salads and all meat and dairy and grocery items. Many new restaurants are in the process of opening now in this area, so check google for latest kosher food availability. This home is in a very safe community in Boynton, non-gated, so very easy to get in and out. But it does have drive around security. There is a shul in a private home in the community, for Shabbos - a 5 minute walk, ,but there isn’t always minyan during slow season from late April- late September. We’re happy to check for any prospective renter if there’ll be minyan. The next closest shul is .09 miles- a 20 minute walk away. And hosts a huge Shabbos minyan of over 100 people every Shabbos.
Place is Great ForFamilies or couples looking for peace and quiet and a kosher frum place to get away. The house and property is so tranquil and private and peaceful.
There will be no one else staying on the property. The owner will interact via text messages A caretaker will be available for any issues that may come up.
