Boynton beach is a new up and coming Jewish neighborhood, in south Florida, Palm beach county. There’s some nice meat restaurants nearby. A fabulous kosher market with everything from sushi, pizza, falafel, bakery, cafe, homemade salads and all meat and dairy and grocery items. Many new restaurants are in the process of opening now in this area, so check google for latest kosher food availability. This home is in a very safe community in Boynton, non-gated, so very easy to get in and out. But it does have drive around security. There is a shul in a private home in the community, for Shabbos - a 5 minute walk, ,but there isn’t always minyan during slow season from late April- late September. We’re happy to check for any prospective renter if there’ll be minyan. The next closest shul is .09 miles- a 20 minute walk away.
