Dining seats 8. Glass sliding doors open directly to the sunny patio, pool, and backyard. OUTDOOR Private heated pool open year-round. Pool chairs and loungers, outdoor seating, and a gas grill (not kosher). Large fenced backyard — above average in size for the area. CLEANLINESS YOU CAN COUNT ON We take cleanliness seriously — and our guests notice. Our professional 5-star cleaning crew goes top to bottom before every stay: floors, bathrooms, kitchen, linens, and every surface in between. You'll walk into a home that's genuinely spotless, not just surface-clean. Fresh linens, plush towels, and fully restocked essentials are ready for you on arrival. No surprises, no shortcuts. Our guests consistently rave about the cleanliness — it's one of the things we're most proud of and work hardest to maintain, every single stay.
Perfect for families with young children. No delicate décor within little ones' reach, a pool baby gate is installed, and the large fenced backyard gives kids (and dogs) room to roam freely. Pack 'n play and high chair included. Also an ideal fit for work retreats and group travel — fast Wi-Fi, dedicated workspaces, and plenty of lounge and dining area for the whole group.
We provide each guest with a personal link to our guest portal. The guest portal has additional information about the home and surrounding attractions. Guests can chat with management staff via the guest portal or call/text/whatsapp the VDB Rentals office 561 367 5086.
Guests will have exclusive use of the whole property for thheir entire stay, including the pool and patio. Parking is available on the property for 4 cars.
Please note additional fees that are in addition to the nightly rate $450 - Cleaning Fee $27/night insurance 13% Taxes Check In: 4PM Check Out: 11AM The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10 P.M. and before 7:30 A.M No parties or events, no smoking. 3 min drive to Supermarket - Aldi & Publix 12 minute drive to The Grove and kosher restaurants 2.0 miles to Spanish River Beach 22 miles to Palm Beach airport 27 miles to Fort Lauderdale airport The home is located in the Boca Jewish community. It is a 5 min drive/12 min walk to Yagdil Torah and a 5 minute walk to Maor David. Many kosher restaurants and grocery stores are within a 12-15 min drive. The house can be kashered upon request ($350). We do have a kosher closet with items you can use over Shabbos. No Motzai Shabbos checkout 4 night minimum for shabbos booking, 3 night for mid-week Mid winter vacation is 5 night minimum Please reach out with any questions!
