Guest Access Guests have full, private access to the entire villa, including: All three bedrooms and two full bathrooms The spacious living area and modern kitchen Three outdoor porches with seating and lake views All outdoor spaces and furniture for lounging or dining You’ll have the villa entirely to yourself during your stay — perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or spending quality time with family and friends.
Other Things to Note Fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests. The villa is professionally cleaned before each stay. Free parking is available on the property. Family-friendly amenities can be provided upon request (high chair, crib, etc.). Please note: No smoking inside the house and no pets allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect the peaceful neighborhood and lake surroundings.
